Bean to Bar means creating our chocolate directly from the cocoa bean to the bar using a traditional method of processing.   

This approach allows us to manage all the production stages necessary for the manufacture of our chocolate.

We can therefore fully develop its flavours and ensure the authenticity of the product we offer.  

The choice of the Bean to Bar also offers us the possibility of setting up a short chain. In addition to giving us a total vision of the journey of our beans, this short chain allows us to limit the intermediaries and to value the essential work of the cocoa producers as it should be.
